OK...to tell you the truth, I'm not really a mushroom fan, however, the Shanghai bok choy looks delicious. I love to steam or stir fry it with just a little oyster sauce and sprinkle with fried shallots. Mmmm. =)

Hello! Thanks so much for your terrine recipe. I tried it for the first time today although I had to improvise slightly. I wanted to ask if you had trouble dicing the yolks, I found them to be quite sticky and ended up mashing most of it. But it still turned out alright.

Hi anon, you are welcome. For the yolks to be less sticky, you may want to boil the salted egg in water for a couple of minutes. That will cook the egg white too :)
