Woof woof. I am Liang Liang aka LL. ST, my human slave is too busy running errands and preparing for the coming Chinese New Year. Serves her right for abandoning me and going abroad for a week. She now has no time to get her hair cut, her nails done or go for a facial. She will be most unkempt for the New Year celebrations while I am white and fluffy and nice smelling after a trip to the chi chi dog groomer which the slave claims cost more than her own hair stylist. Yes, I know she has promised to post about the China trip but she has not sort through the photographs. She promised to bring me to the park too, yet here I am, stuck at home, posing for photographs with mandarin oranges.
Being a dog of many talents, I have taken some time off from my other activities like eating grass, chasing birds and quarreling with that mangy mongrel next door to blog on ST's behalf. Here's wishing everyone xin nian kuai le 新年快乐, gong xi fa cai 恭喜发财 and it being the year of the rooster, ji nian xing da yun 鸡年行大运!
PS: No Mandarin oranges are hurt in the taking of this photograph. OK, I bite one but I swear that stupid fruit started it by squirting me with juice.
gong xi fa chai ST. Stay thin!

Gong Xi Fa Cai!
I have been enjoying reading about your food adventures, and have a question about LL. When I was little, I had a lovely dog named Bernie who looked similar to LL, except Bernie was white and black. For many years, I have been trying to figure out what kind of dog Bernie was. What breed is LL? Thanks!
